Terms and Conditions

1. USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All the conditions and terms of Ask For Assistant are required to be abiding by the customers and users. The authority holds the right to change the terms and policies if it’s deemed to be necessary. Purchasing our service will hold an automatic indication of users on accepting our policies. The rules and policies are attached to all the services and packages we provide.

 

IF YOU WISH TO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF YOUR REGULATIONS, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO EXIT AND NOT PURCHASE OUR SERVICE. PURCHASING OUR SERVICE WILL AFFIRM THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE RULES AND POLICIES OF OUR WEBSITE. PLEASE FOLLOW OUR DETAILED POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING OUR PACKAGES.

 

Violation of any rules and policies will result in immediate termination of the account. The company is not liable for any kind of refund on account suspension made on the ground of terms violation.

2. OVERVIEW OF THE SERVICE

The ownership of the account is not transferable. Once the service is purchased, the service will be provided only for one account. The account is not resalable or cannot be bought from any other source. The packages are charged monthly. Monthly billing will be provided automatically at the end of the month. We do not charge our customers regularly as our plans are scheduled monthly. Once the hour limit is over, the customers need to either purchase the extra hours or repurchase the monthly package. If a customer does not consume the full hourly service by the end of the month, there will be an extension of the service (30 days rollover) that will be provided. There will also be no refund on the ground that, the customer has failed to consume the full service by the end of the month.

3. REQUESTS AND TASKS

The request for the service must be made by email or phone call. Users are allowed to make multiple requests at a time. However, it is strongly advised to make a separate email or call for each service. You are required to provide us with full details of the task and the type of assistance you require while submitting the request. If there is a task that is not listed on our website but you want to be done, please email us at info@askforassistant.co to inquire whether we will provide that service at that moment. Accepting these terms means that you completely acknowledge and understand our conditions and align the task with the field of your business.

4. DATA ACCESS RIGHTS AND POLICIES

Ask For Assistant will require consent from the customers to access personal data. At any point, if the customer wishes to withdraw or rescind the consent, they are free to do so.

Please send us an email at support@askforassistant.co to remove your consent at any moment. If any time the customers wish to discontinue the service, the whole personal data of the customers will be erased from the system. Our staffs are well trained to respect the privacy policy of the customers. The website abides by laws of international law of customer privacy. We strive to keep the data safe and secure and always keep updating to stay in line with the customer privacy policy.

5. REFUND POLICY

All the packages of ours (excluding Trial Plan) come with 7 days 10-hour limit easy refund guarantee. If the customers do not get the desired service as promised from our website, they can request a 100% refund within 7 days. However, service consumption should not reach beyond 2 hours.

6. CANCELATION

Our monthly service can be canceled at any point. However, if it breaches the time limit of our refund policies, we will not be able to refund the money of the package. To cancel the package at any point, just send us an email at support@askforassistant.co making the cancellation request.

7. TERMINATION OF POLICIES

We hold the right to terminate the package at any moment. If the package is terminated for our casualties, do not worry, we will refund the full money. Although the termination of the service is a rare occurrence,

Under special circumstances we may end service with the clients for the following reasons:

  • If the client is requesting multiple tasks out of the job scope of the assistant and we are unable to provide the solution.
  • If the client constantly uses abusive languages to communicate with the assistant, we have to end the service immediately.
